Management Accountant

We have an exciting opportunity within TCR UK Ltd, based at our London Heathrow Site.  We are now seeking a Management Accountant who will be ablue to use robust finance and financial accounting principles to undertake analysis and other accounting & finance activities to enhance TCR’s ability to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are on a Monday to Friday basis from 09:00 - 17:30. A 30 minute lunch break may be taken. This constitutes a basic working week of 40 hours.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of bottom-up budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
  • Assist in the Production of the month end analysis and insight
  • Preparation of balance sheet rec for review and sign off by FBP on monthly basis
  • Perform quarterly customer fleet reconciliation for internal sign-off
  • Posting of bank allocations
  • Assist in production of finance slides for the monthly board pack
  • Assist in the production of audit pack
  • Challenge costs where appropriate
  • Ad-hoc analysis
  • Collaborate with TCR International finance team and other functions as appropriate
  • Collaborate with FP&A as required to complete work for FBP
  • Produce weekly cash flow for review and sign-off by FBP (TMS)
  • Prepare TMS VAT return for sign-off by TMS FBP
  • Complete ONS and other mandatory surveys  in a timely fashion
  • Liaising with AP / AR as appropriate to resolve queries
  • Assist in preparation of analysis for customer contract meetings
  • Raise sales invoices for customer following contract meeting amends

  Knowledge and Skills

  • Numerate, analytical with excellent data analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good process mapping skills


  • Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast paced operational environment



  • MS Navision experience an advantage
  • Familiarity with service contracts
  • Experience of collaborating with external stakeholders
