We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator within TMS UK Limited at our prestigious site at London Heathrow, one of the busiest airports in the world.
TMS UK Ltd are market leaders within the field of Ground Service Equipment (GSE) repair and maintenance, and is part of TCR Group, the leading global provider of integrated solutions for GSE in aviation.
Proactively updating and maintaining the Fleet information on our central database (ELC), ensuring that at all times there is an accurate record of vehicle and equipment status and particulars
Ensuring timely completion of the vehicle change notification (VCN) requests and housekeeping process
Maintain compliance of all road fund, apron pass and related operating requirements ensuring the customer has full accessibility to operational vehicles and equipment
Ensure all reporting obligations are adhered to and support the business with timely relevant data
Support and work collaboratively with the Engineering, Commercial & Operations team when required to do so in administering and supporting the fleet and fleet related projects
Good written and verbal communication skills
Numerate, literate and analytical
Strong MS Excel & MS Word skills (essential)
ELC System knowledge (desirable)
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Effective interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Experience and Qualifications:
Undergraduate or equivalent qualifications
Experience with delivering service contracts
Experience in fast paced GSE focused operational environment
UK drivers license (desirable)
